The points we pay attention to when designing an architectural project are;
1. We determine the client's needs and the general scope of the project.
2. We do spatial planning with the client. Spatial planning is determining the placement of spaces such as corridors and rooms in the design we will make.
3. Before moving on to concept design, we check compliance with local regulations and building permits.
4. After the local layouts are determined, the concept design is started. In the concept design, the general design ideas of the project are developed.
5. Once the concept design is complete, the project is drawn in more detail. At this stage, structural details, interior details and exterior design begin to be created.
6. After the project is finalized, the layout plan, floor plans, sections, elevations and visual studies are completed.
